Engineering End-of-Line Excellence

A high-performance production line is only as effective as its final stage. At Bector Automation RML, our customised palletising solutions are engineered to maximise space and logistics efficiency while ensuring the absolute stability of every stack. As your end-to-end partner, we integrate these systems seamlessly with automated case packers to deliver a truly hands-free transition from the production floor to the shipping dock.

Option 1

Intelligent Architecture Tailored to Your Facility

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all automation. Every system we deliver is preceded by a detailed feasibility study and site survey. This ensures the mechanical footprint and software logic are perfectly tuned to your specific SKU mix, plant layout, and throughput goals. Our architecture is highly configurable, offering three primary technology paths

01

Robotic Palletising Cells

Utilising flexible pick-and-place arms, these cells are designed to manage multiple complex pack patterns and rapid SKU changes with minimal changeover time.

02

Layer-Forming Palletisers

Built for high-speed in-line requirements, these systems stack full layers and include integrated layer-sheet insertion to ensure maximum structural integrity for tall or heavy pallets.

03

Hybrid Solutions

By combining the reach of gantry loaders with the dexterity of robotic arms, our hybrid systems provide the perfect balance of flexibility and footprint efficiency for medium-speed lines.

Why Choose Our Palletising Systems?

Built for Balance. Optimized for Throughput.

Increased Throughput

Robotic palletisers work continuously at high speed, eliminating manual delays and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted production flow across every shift.

Precision & Quality

Vision-guided robots place every case accurately, creating stable, uniform pallets while minimizing product damage during handling and transportation.

Safer Operations

Automation removes heavy lifting and repetitive tasks, significantly improving workplace safety and reducing operator fatigue and injury risks.

Tracking & Documentation

Integrated systems provide real-time pallet tracking, serial data, and compliance-ready documentation without manual effort or errors.

Smart Maintenance

Predictive alerts and remote diagnostics help prevent breakdowns, reduce downtime, and keep operations running efficiently.

Future-Ready Scalability

Modular design allows easy upgrades like wrappers, labelers, or inserters as production demands grow.

Centralised Sorting and Collation Logic

To optimise warehouse logistics, our systems utilize a “Common Highway” conveyor network. Multiple production line outputs are collated onto this shared artery, which then feeds into a centralised warehouse area. This centralised approach significantly reduces traffic on the factory floor and optimises your facility’s total footprint.

To ensure zero manual error, the system is equipped with advanced barcode scanning and camera identification. This enables real-time distribution and collation, allowing robotic arms equipped with customised pickheads tailored to your specific box dimensions to segregate products by type or destination. Our scalable design supports up to 4 input lines per robot, offering a high-density automation solution that replaces multiple manual stacking stations.

Case Study

Robotic Palletising Cell for Chocolate Distribution

Client Challenge:
The client needed to automate palletising for heavy chocolate cartons (20+ kg) across multiple production lines. Manual handling led to labor fatigue, inconsistent stacking, sorting errors, and inefficiencies in centralized warehousing and dispatch operations.

Bector Automation RML’s Solution:

  • Robust in-feed pushers for safe handling of heavy cartons
  • Automated collation and stacking in groups of three
  • Three robotic palletisers picking from two lines, scalable to four lines per robot
  • Barcode-based sorting for real-time product and destination segregation
  • Centralized conveyor feeding into the warehouse
  • Automatic empty pallet dispensing and stretch wrapping for finished pallets

Impact Delivered:

  • High-throughput palletising matching multiple line speeds
  • Zero manual handling of heavy cartons
  • Accurate sorting and segregation through barcode validation
  • Scalable architecture supporting future line expansion
  • Sustainable pallet usage with reusable plastic pallets
  • Optimized warehouse flow through centralized pallet handling

Automated Pallet Management and Sustainability

Efficiency continues until the moment the pallet is dispatched. Once a stack reaches its programmed height, it is automatically transferred to an integrated Stretch Wrapping Machine to secure the load.

To prevent any line stoppage, a Pallet Magazine immediately dispenses a new empty pallet, ensuring your production flow remains continuous. Furthermore, our systems are designed to handle reusable plastic pallets, aligning your high-speed operations with modern environmental and sustainability goals. By eliminating end-of-shift bottlenecks and manual handling risks, our palletising solutions provide a safer, faster, and more profitable path to market.

Let’s Build Your Custom Palletising Line

Every pallet tells a story about your operation. That’s why our palletising solutions are designed for precision, speed, and long-term reliability right from your production line to the market.

At Bector Automation RML, we don’t offer one-size-fits-all systems. We engineer palletising solutions around your products, your plant layout, and your future growth plans.
